Glad to share with you the professional performance of valued OPCA member BATI NAKLIYAT VE TICARET A.S., Turkey.

The BATI Project Team shipped a yacht back home after a long summer. The beautiful sailing yacht spent the summer in the turquoise waters of the Turkish riviera. Since summer has come to an end, BATI Project Team transported the yacht back home to its owner. The 45 feet and 13 ton yacht was picked up from the water and discharged back into the water. She was loaded in Marmaris, Turkey and discharged in Newport, USA. BATI has successfully and safely executed another yacht transportation with joy.

The BATI air chartering team chartered an Anthonov 12 for transportation of rapid covid tests. The aircraft was loaded at Ankara Esenboga Airport (ESB) while the loading was completed in 6 hours. The shipment was 20 tons and there were 1 million test kits in 776 boxes.

The BATI Project team has transported another motor yacht from the Spanish island Mallorca to the Turkish riviera. The beautiful 27 meter and 85 ton Azimut 88 was transported from Palma De Mallorca to Marmaris, Turkey. The yacht was picked up from the water and discharged into the water in Turkey. BATI Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.S. proudly presents this shipment.

The Polaris Project team successfully completed project movement of crawler cranes and accessories for one of their regular clients with shipment originated from Abu Dhabi, UAE to Port Alexandria, Egypt. Polaris scope included collection from suppliers yard in Abu Dhabi, FOB operations with accessories being stuffed into 40’ open tops, ocean freight into Alexandria and delivery to receivers. They are expecting to dispatch few more cranes shortly to same project.

The BATI Project team has shipped a Multicat from Turkey to Canada. The loading took place in Marmaris, Turkey from water. The dimensions of the Multicat was 26 x 11 x 12 and it was 240 tons. This 240 ton Multicat loaded and secured on board. The vessel has sailed to Marystown, Canada. BATI has hit another home run with this shipment.

Glad to share with you the professional performance of valued OPCA member POLARIS SHIPPING AGENCIES LLC, United Arab Emirates.

The Polaris Project team was called upon to perform de-commissioning of a chilling plant in Spain which needed to be shipped into UAE for refurbishment at Jebel Ali Free Zone customs bonded facility and then subsequently shipped to an African destination.

Despite COVID-19 lock down situations they managed to act promptly with their associates put on job for dismantling, sea worthy packed for shipment on Mafi’s, 40’ open tops and high cubes.

The main machinery part which had a shipping dimension of 12,66 x 2,65 x 2,70 meters and weighing about 49 mt had to be carefully stowed on MAFI’S due to the awkward nature of cargo on purpose built supports for safe transport with accessories shipped in containers. The entire operation was carried out under nominated quality controller’s supervision and documented to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Once again another difficult and time sensitive shipment well executed by Polaris Projects Team.

The BATI Project team has successfully transported cables from Denizli, Turkey to Shanghai, China. They completed packaging and lashing at Istanbul Airport. The cables measured 234 cm in height and were shipped to Shanghai at the same day.
